In addition to completing the Online Application, you will be required to fax the following documentation prior to funding your loan. Faxing instructions are generated along with the loan agreement when you complete the Online Application. Any delay in receipt of these documents will extend the time needed to process your application:

1. A copy of your most recent paycheck stub
2. Your most recent bank statement
3. Proof of residency (utility bill, etc.)
4. A copy of your voided personal check.
